- Founded and single-handedly built Tafseeli, a multi-tenant SaaS platform that runs real tailoring shops in Bahrain — orders, branches, finance, storefronts, and subscriptions in one system
- Personally handles every layer as a one-person product team — design, Next.js code, database schema, security, testing, and launch — with every change documented in numbered rounds (V1 → V41)
- Runs live with real paying customers, in five languages (Arabic, English, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali), from the browser and an Android app — financed by SaaS subscriptions
About the platform — what it does, how it was built & tested +
What the platform does
- Multi-store, multi-branch management: each shop gets its own storefront identity, branches with separate data, and a team with fine-grained permissions
- An interactive graphical measurement workshop built on the garment anatomy, with a strict state-machine order lifecycle from order to delivery
- A fils-precise finance engine — three decimal places for the Bahraini dinar — with A4/80mm/58mm invoices and a dynamic founder profit-split engine
- A Telegram bot with 32 commands across all roles, SaaS subscriptions, and an Arabic-first RTL interface in five languages
How I built it
- Built end-to-end with AI-assisted development (Vibe Coding) on Next.js, TypeScript, React, Tailwind CSS, Prisma, and Turso — deployed on Vercel with continuous deployment
- Load-tested before every launch: 100 concurrent connections, p99 = 993ms, and a full hour of endurance with zero errors and no memory leaks
- A graded health battery monitors the platform in production (raised from 68 to 83 points in a single round), governed by a screens × roles × actions access matrix
- Shipped as both a web app and an Android app — a WebView with a native Java bridge plus a TWA version, with signed packages from a single build line
- Every project keeps a permanent worklog (worklog.md) documenting each round, what broke, and why — so the system can be read and handed over by anyone
How I tested & secured it
- Ran structured AI-agent QA trials on the live product — 46,704 agent actions covering 304 of 451 critical paths, with reports auto-generated every hour
- The agents found real flaws before customers did — a rare crash root under concurrency and a double-push race — both settled with live evidence as numbered fixes
- Every fix is documented with browser captures from live production itself, and incidents are recorded even when unresolved
- Numbers come from the source of truth only — rebuilt the coverage counter because a bug was silently zeroing it
- Secrets never touch git history; the release repository is sanitized with a whitelist and a hardened, documented history
Note: this is a live commercial platform run by one person — not a demo — and every part of it, from the first design sketch to the last database rule, is built and maintained by me alone.

- Founded and independently built Bitaqti, a digital business-card platform that turns a traditional CV into a single interactive web page reachable through a private link or QR code
- Personally handled every stage as a one-person service — design, front-end development, backend and database integration, and client delivery
- Delivers each client's digital card within 24–48 hours, with bilingual Arabic/English support and ongoing edits after delivery

What the platform does
- Turns a CV into a single interactive page opened instantly through a private link or a QR code, in place of a traditional PDF
- Includes structured sections for skills, work experience, education, achievements and certifications, plus one-tap contact buttons (WhatsApp, email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Full bilingual support with an instant Arabic/English switch and correct RTL/LTR layout, plus a dark-mode toggle
- Several package tiers, an FAQ section, client reviews, order tracking by phone number, and a separate offering for company/corporate cards
How I built it
- Built the entire front end with Next.js — hand-tuned to keep every card fast and lightweight on mobile
- Built a shared bilingual engine that swaps all text and page direction instantly without a page reload
- Backend runs on serverless functions rather than a traditional server, connected to a cloud database for orders, invoices and reviews
- Built a private dashboard to manage orders, generate invoices and moderate reviews, with automatic client notifications over WhatsApp
- Added a fallback data path so order tracking keeps working even if the main database is temporarily unreachable
How I secured it
- Every secret key and database credential lives on the server only — nothing sensitive is ever sent to a visitor's browser
- Enforced database-level access rules so that even a leaked public key could not be used to read or change data directly
- Rate-limited the backend endpoints to block automated abuse and spam submissions
- Protected the private dashboard with a server-verified password check and a time-limited login session rather than a client-side check
- Applied standard security headers site-wide (anti-clickjacking, anti-MIME-sniffing, strict referrer policy) and blocked search engines from indexing the private areas
